Zacurate customers will typically receive items within 2-5 business days. If you do not receive our Zacurate pulse oximeters or any other product manufactured by by our brand within 7 business days, please contact us with your Order ID. We will take full responsibility and open an investigation to ensure that you receive your item. If the tracking number reveals that the order was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the shipping provider.
Before you complete your order, please make sure that your shipping and/or mailing address is correct. We will try our best to correct wrongly entered shipping address on your behalf but due to security reasons, our customer service department is sometimes unable to do so. Hence, please double check your shipping address before placing the order for a pleasant shopping experience.
If the item is returned due to a wrong address, we will charge you the shipping fee plus a 10% restocking fee.
Please note that we do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
